When you buy a mobility scooter used you have no way of knowing how the person has used it, the state of the battery, or the kind of abuse it may have received. Their children or grandchildren could have misused it or it is possible they may have misused it. You also get a warranty when you buy a new mobility scooter, but it is very rare that you will need to use it.
